Week 1: Fail

Yeah, so this week has been a big, fat fail on the workout front.

After a crazy weekend filled with becoming an aunt, attending a good friend's wedding, and being awoken by a neighbor knocking on our bedroom window at 3:30am, there was little sleep being had. Couple that with a crazy week at work and tons of post-work commitments, I overwhelmingly opted for sleep over cramming in a workout.

I'm actually mostly okay with my decision. While I really would love to become more of a morning person, I recognize that perhaps this was not the week to do it. Sometimes life just gets in the way.
